An eScript is a digital prescription. After your appointment, your doctor sends you a unique token (a code) via SMS or email. You forward this token to us, and we dispense your medication — just like a paper script, but faster.
@2775 is our unique MedView Patient Connect identifier. Including it in your SMS or email subject line routes your prescription directly to our dispensing system at Priceline Pharmacy Sunshine Marketplace. Without it, we can't match the script to our store.
Most prescriptions are ready within 15-30 minutes. We'll send you a notification when your medication is ready for collection. For less common medications, we'll contact you with a timeframe.
Yes. All eScript transmissions are encrypted and processed through MedView's government-approved system. We comply with the Australian Privacy Act and all healthcare data regulations. Only authorised pharmacy staff can access your information.
Walk-ins are welcome for flu vaccinations. For other vaccinations, we recommend booking online or calling us on (03) 9364 7133 to ensure availability. Bring your Medicare card and immunisation records.
